This project is located in the downtown and developed zone of Dalian. The site is divided into two parts by the artery, Zhenxing Road.

Borrowed some ideas of some well-known port cities in the world, this area is to be a ¡°24 hours active resident, living, commercial and entertainment centre¡±. The orientation of Dalian Gulf will follow Vancouver, one city in Canada, which is famous for its complex city form and commented to be the best city to live in.
