The hotel is located in the Wuxi New Area in the city of Wuxi. The site boundaries are formed by existing roads, The site area is 3.8ha. The 1900m² of land in the north-east corner of the site will be used as public urban green space. The 11,900m² of land in the south-west corner is planned for a hotel. The remaining 25,000m² is for Japanese style service apartments. In total the four buildings have a combined gross floor area of 52,000m².

The architecture surrounds and shelters a 40m wide and 150m long inner garden. This gives the garden a private atmosphere and character. The surrounding spaces emphasize the feeling of quiet, elegance and comfort. The entrance of the apartment is located at Xiangshan Road and is separated from the hotel entrances.

The landscape corridor surrounds the centre landscape garden. This ensures that future clients will be able to enjoy the conveniences and comfort of nature. The green landscape corridor creates, a different landscape space with the characteristic of the traditional Chinese garden.

KFS completed the full design service of both exterior and interior.
