The development is situated on Pudong Avenue, east of Yuanshen Road in Shanghai. The design development program of commercial and residential was refined and honed to encourage the mutual benefit of the different functions. A new architectural style introduces a design image vocabulary of an international multi-functional complex within a pleasure environment. The retail space, composed of small and medium sized shops along the street, is located between the residential buildings that enclose an open urban pedestrian plaza with a complementing landscape feature.

Due to a lack of land area and a high density the design maximizes the amount of open space where people can enjoy nature and sunshine. The design of a two storey atrium, open retail plaza, elevated platform, a five-storey sky garden and a roof garden greatly enhances the interior environment and relieves the high pressure fast pace of the Pudong Avenue arterial road.
