Located in the southwest portion of high-technology headquarter base in Zhuhai, this site enjoys picturesque views of the mountains and the sea. The site borders North Qinglü Road to the northwest. The residential project provides various functional parks, an exhibition center, transportation center and educational facilities of high quality affordable dwelling units for a wide spectrum of residents creating a comfortable and pleasant environment.

Surrounded by mountains, this project site is close to the sea in the south, which was the source of the concept of this design. The profile of Golden Mountain Garden can be seen from the sea and the road leading to the city centre from a large distance. The Chinese cultural element of mountain and river is a major source of inspiration for this design and results in a landmark building.
