The site is located at Huinan Town, Nanhui, Shanghai, facing Yinxun Road to the north, Pudong Canal to the west, Huiyuan Road to the south and Nantuan Road to the east. The site is traversed by Laogang River, which divides the site into south and north parts. According to planning stipulations, the residential areas consist of apartments, residential services and commercial blocks. Given the prestigious location of the site, this project aims to provide luxury living, beautiful surroundings and perfect eco-residential areas. The architecture is based on traditional Spanish styles, combined with contemporary architectural languages. There are lavish curvaceous designs on the doorways, windows, balcony, etc. Brilliant visual effects are created by using rough finishing and glazing, as well as combinations of polished stoned and painting.
