The residential complex of 'Jinxiu Glory City' , developed by the Shanghai Puhua Real Estate Co. Ltd., is affiliated with The Dahua Group. The site GFA of 450,000 square metres and site area of 3.45 square kilometres is in the Pudong New Development Area. The concept is based on two residential groups, each arranged around a central garden in a fish shape resembling the traditional Chinese symbol of good fortune.
