The development is situated on Pudong Avenue, east of Yuanshen Road. The design development program of commercial and residential spaces, was refined and perfected to encourage the mutual benefit of the different functions. A new architectural style introduces a design image vocabulary of an international multifunctional complex within a pleasurable environment. The retail space, composed of small and medium sized shops along the street, is located between the residential buildings that enclose an open urban pedestrian plaza with a complementing landscape feature.

Due to a lack of land area and a high density the design parti maximizes the amount of open space where people can enjoy sunshine. The design of a two-storey atrium, open retail plaza, elevated platform, a five-storey sky garden and a roof garden greatly enhances the interior environment and relieves the pressure from Pudong Avenue.
