The design is, as part of a larger developed site, located in the Wuxi New Area in the city of Wuxi. The hotel is east of Changjiang Road and south of Xiangshan Road. The site area is 1.1ha and supports two hotel buildings with a combined gross floor area of 35,000m².

The main hotel entrance is located at Changjiang Road with the vehicle entrance to the south. The entrances of the apartment blocks are set apart from the hotel entrances. The lower level of the hotel provides secure underground parking places, equipment rooms, recreational rooms and service rooms. The gyms, restaurants and conference rooms are located on the first and second floor. The hotel offers 306 standard rooms and suites.

The buildings surround the inner garden square. This architectural design feature provides privacy to the 40m wide and 150m long inner garden. The inner garden enables an easy circulation amongst the different buildings. The landscape garden in the middle is surrounded by a landscaped corridor, which makes for a satisfying stroll through natural gardens
