Located in the Century Avenue in Pudong, the building is a mixed-use office complex surrounded by contemporary high-rise buildings. A height restriction of 100m generated a ‘neo-classic’ design. Stone and glass detailing is used on the facade to make a ‘distinctive architectural design statement’. The building exterior presents a solid and steady luxury quality that reflects the client’s status in the business community. The development contains commercial, entertainment, assembly hall, and institutional uses. The design concept is the creation of an elegant architectural building statement that compliments the neighbouring cityscape.

An exterior pedestrian plaza opens toward Century Avenue adjacent to the public green space. A curved glass atrium forms the pedestrian west entrance to the building and the main entrance to the offices faces the future trade centre on the east. A portico feature on the ground floor directs people into the indoor space and forms an active living space with an outdoor leisure plaza, greenery, trees, and sculpture features.
