| The Zendai Art Centre located on a site enclosed by Fangdian Road, Yinghua Road, Shinan Road and Meihua Road in the Pudong New Area, adjacent to the Pudong Century Park, a site area is 31,500 square metres, with a GFA of 90,110 square metres, and includes a 5-star hotel of 20,800 square metres, an art centre of 9,470 square metres and an office tower of 59,840 square metres. The design proposes a long, continuous mid-rise building, which extends over the entire length of the site. A continuous glass curtain wall, which curves both in elevation and plan in the shape of the ancient Chinese dragon. |
