The linear site, four hundred and forty metres in length and fifty metres in width parallels the Shifu Road in the centre of Wenzhou City. The development design concept is based on four high-rise buildings.? High-end offices are located in the first tower.? The second and third are used for compartment offices.? The fourth tower is the Wenzhou Life Insurance building.? The design is based on human activities, their needs and the natural conditions of the site.? The four buildings are arranged in a linear manner and a fifty metre wide landscaped green way open space abuts the river on the west.? Clusters of buildings, twenty-eight and thirty-two storeys with stepped volumes and slightly angled tower arrangements make the building group contemporary, visible, rich and delicate,in their? imagery.?

Atriums are designed in the office tower for natural light to enrich the quality of space.??? The upper level is used as a meeting and rest area.? The building exterior architectural style is clean and precise, and extensive use of glazing material creates a ‘transparent’ quality.
